Chandra Ming

Founder & Chief Executive Officer

Chandra Ming is a seasoned entrepreneur, technology innovator, and passionate advocate for inclusive employment. He is the Founder and CEO of Jobseeker Company, a purpose-driven digital recruitment platform launched in 2022 to transform the way hiring is done, starting from Indonesia.

With a mission to create equal job opportunities for individuals of all backgrounds, particularly those with limited formal education, Chandra leads the company in building accessible, tech-enabled solutions for both job seekers and employers.

Under his visionary leadership, Jobseeker Company has rapidly become a key player in the HR technology space. The platform offers AI-powered tools such as Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Human Resource Management Systems (HRMS) designed to simplify, streamline, and modernize hiring. These solutions have been widely adopted by leading companies such as Alfamart, Alfamidi, FIT HUB, Ranch Market, Super Indo, Taekwang Industrial, etc, contributing to a more efficient and equitable recruitment process.

Before founding Jobseeker Company, Chandra spent nearly a decade as Managing Director of JobsDB, where he played a critical role in establishing the company as a market leader across Southeast Asia. His ability to integrate technology with human capital strategy has consistently led to scalable, impactful solutions in the employment sector. Chandra’s professional journey also includes leading JDB Holdings, where he focused on building sustainable, independent businesses, and a four-year period as an investor and mentor, supporting young entrepreneurs in the tech ecosystem.

With over 25 years of experience spanning internet technology, business development, and digital transformation, Chandra has earned a reputation as a strategic leader with a deep understanding of both emerging technology and human potential. His work is fueled by a long-standing commitment to social impact, and he continues to drive Jobseeker Company’s growth with a clear focus on innovation, inclusion, and meaningful change.

Helmy Yahya

Co-Founder

Helmy Yahya is a prominent figure in Indonesia’s media, creative industry, and digital transformation landscape. Widely known as the “Quiz King of Indonesia,” his two-decade legacy has redefined national standards in broadcasting and entertainment. An outstanding academic achiever, Helmy graduated top of his class from STAN, earned a Master of Professional Accounting from the University of Miami, and is an alumnus of the prestigious Future Leaders Program at MIT.

His leadership spans across major institutions such as TVRI, Produksi Film Negara and various digital and creative enterprises. Currently, he serves as Commissioner for several strategic organizations, including Jobseeker Company, One Goal Partners, and PT Neomed Ikhlas Hub. In 2025, he was also appointed as an Independent Commissioner at a national bank.

Helmy is actively engaged in professional communities. He serves as the Chairman of AKKSI and a Supervisory Board Member of the Indonesia Customer Experience Professionals. He has received over 50 national awards, including 30 MURI (Indonesian World Records Museum) recognitions and was named one of Forbes Indonesia’s Top 10 Digital Creators.

As a business mentor and public speaking coach, Helmy Yahya continues to inspire the younger generation to innovate, think critically, and develop impactful leadership in today’s digital era.
